Médiation scientifique SEASOUNDS avec WWF Italia AMP Miramare

In the scope of the MSCA Doctoral Network SEASOUNDS coordinated by the CNRS, Nathalie Favretto-Cristini (coordinator), Laurine Tiran (project manager) and the two LMA doctoral candidates Karan Manoj and Vassilis Tzirakis participated in a training on dissemination and outreach activities toward the young public in Trieste with WWF Italia AMP Miramare. The goal of this training was for SEASOUNDS’ Doctoral Candidates to discover the dissemination activities organized by a marine protected area and to learn how to transpose these educational activities to their own research. They tested different tools and methods that help the AMP Miramare staff raise awareness on the protection of marine biodiversity like the museum, gamification, in situ observation or organization of an Art & Science exhibition.
